In the following, the types of wood used for wooden boat construction are presented

1. Bak Mane wood (Laban wood)
The wood is saffron in color and has a fine fiber. Often referred to in the Aceh Bak Manee language. Laban wood is used in ship bones or ship frames with durable class I and strong I.

This wood is commonly used on ships, namely on the hulls of ships, engine bearings and ship nags. Giam has durable and strong qualities.

4. Semantok Wood (Semantok Wood)
